CRUCUNO HOLIDAY COTTAGE

BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. BOOKING DEPOSIT

An amount of £60 for each week booked is payable at the time of booking.

2. BALANCE OF PAYMENT

The balance of the payment is due six weeks prior to departure.

3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

On receipt of the appropriate deposit we will send you confirmation stating the dates booked, the balance outstanding and the date by which the balance should be paid.

4. OCCUPANCY DATES AND TIMES

Unless otherwise agreed, in writing, all bookings are from Saturday to Saturday and the cottage may be occupied from 2.00 pm on the first Saturday and should be vacated by 10.00 am on the final Saturday.

5. GAS/ELECTRICITY/WATER

The rental price includes gas, electricity and water charges. However we do ask that you make sensible use of these and enable us to keep the rental price down. There may be the need to replace a gas bottle in which case we will refund the cost on your return. It is important that you obtain BUTANE gas which is widely available at local garages and supermarkets costing around £15.

6. TAXE DE SEJOUR

You will be liable to pay a local tourism tax of .65 euros per day for each person over 13yrs of age. Full instructions will be provided with the information pack.

7. DOGS

No dogs or other pets are allowed.

8. NO SMOKING

No Smoking inside the cottage.

9. PERSONAL LINEN

Duvets and pillows are provided but you must supply your own duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillow slips and tea towels.

10. CLEANING

In order to keep the cottage rental prices to a minimum it is a condition of booking that the cottage be left in a clean and tidy state. We trust that you will comply with this but reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if this condition is not adhered to.

11. BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE

We ask that you replace any breakages and make good any damage that you are responsible for. We do not charge a deposit for this but we reserve the right to make a charge for breakages or damage should this become necessary.

12. CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel the booking, notify us immediately by telephone and confirm it in writing. If you cancel after paying the deposit but before the balance is due then only the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel after the balance is due then the whole amount remains payable. We will endeavour to re-let the cottage for the cancelled period and if successful we will provide you with a refund for the total amount minus any additional costs we have incurred.

13. OUR LIABILITY

If we are forced to cancel your booking for any reason we will return in full all monies paid but will not accept any further liability. Use of the cottage is at the hirer's risk and we can accept no responsibility for injury; and loss or damage to hirer's or visitor's belongings. It is strongly recommended that adequate personal holiday insurance is taken out.
